What Were the Ward Structures in Barking and Dagenham Elections?

The council comprises 19 wards, each electing two or three councillors via multi-member first-past-the-post . Two seats each in Abbey, Alibon, Becontree, Eastbrook & Rush Green, Heath, Thames View.
