London will host the second edition of the London Halal Forum on 10–11 October 2026 at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre, bringing together business leaders, investors, policymakers, buyers and industry specialists to examine the opportunities shaping the global halal economy.
Held under the theme “Halal Tayyib for Humanity,” the forum will focus on the growing role of halal as an economic ecosystem extending beyond certification and food products into investment, tourism, technology, supply chains, branding and international trade.
The forum is organised by Halal360, a strategic joint venture between the Islamic Chamber of Commerce and Development (ICCD) and the Halal Products Development Company (HPDC).
From Certification to Commercial Opportunity
A central focus of this year’s programme is the evolution of the halal economy from a certification-led concept into a broader commercial ecosystem.
The agenda examines how companies can enter new markets, attract investment, build trusted supply chains, strengthen brand equity and use technology to scale their businesses.
Sessions will explore Saudi Arabia’s Halal Ecosystem and its connection to Vision 2030, institutional capital and Shariah-compliant investment pools, the Turkish Airlines model for connecting global economies, as well as customer acquisition and retention in halal markets.
The programme will also examine the halal traveller economy, the strategic role of the UK in the global halal industry, and the practical advantages of the UK halal market.
Further sessions will address Nigeria’s halal strategy and its potential contribution to Africa’s emerging economic opportunities, alongside the Turkish airline model for connecting economies across global halal markets.
Strategic M&A and value creation will be addressed alongside key sessions such as the Menara Global Initiative (‘Who Gets to Tell Our Story? Power, Influence and the New Global Muslim Narrative’), highlighting the power of storytelling in unlocking economic potential across OIC markets.
H.E. Mr. Yousef Hassan Khalawi has highlighted the broader direction of the sector, noting that the halal economy is increasingly moving beyond the concept of certification to encompass how companies access new markets, attract investment, build trusted supply chains and leverage technology to scale their businesses.

London as a Platform Connecting Markets
The London Halal Forum combines a business conference with an international exhibition, B2B meetings and specialist industry platforms.
The programme features specialised zones including the Halal Expert Corner—providing individual advisory meetings focused on halal market readiness and strategic positioning—alongside the 55th District, Halal Technology Zone, Halal Echo, and the Islamic Art Showcase.
The B2B programme is designed to connect buyers with certified suppliers and provide opportunities to discuss partnerships, market entry and distribution.
The Halal Technology Zone will showcase emerging technologies, digital solutions and products supporting the development of the global halal industry, while the Islamic Art Showcase will highlight Islamic geometric patterns, Arabic calligraphy, decorative arts and traditional craftsmanship.
Policy, Technology and Artificial Intelligence
Technology and innovation feature prominently in the second edition of the forum.
The programme includes Halal AI, a specialised capacity-building pillar focused on developing AI solutions for the halal industry, alongside masterclasses addressing emerging areas of the halal economy.
The masterclass programme includes Ottoman Islamic Art, HPDC Investments as a Catalyst for the Global Halal Market, Moroccan Ornament and Contemporary Design, and the Development of Halal-Compliant AI Solutions, presented in collaboration with cultural partners like Mostalhem.
The forum will also feature a dedicated Policy Roundtable, bringing stakeholders together to shape and discuss policy recommendations aimed at supporting sustainable growth across the halal sector.

Palestinian Business and International Halal Hospitality
The programme also places emphasis on international halal culinary experiences and cultural connections.
A special Palestinian Breakfast, held in collaboration with a dedicated Palestinian Identity Partner and available by VIP invitation, will showcase products from Palestinian businesses while highlighting Palestinian culinary heritage and its potential within international markets.
The wider programme continues with the Global Business Excellence Gala at Jumeirah Carlton Tower London, held in partnership with the AlBaraka Forum for Islamic Economy, followed by an exclusive Turkish VIP Ambassador Dinner hosted at the residence of the Turkish Ambassador in London.
The hospitality programme positions halal cuisine and cultural experiences as potential bridges for business relationships, cultural diplomacy and international market development.
Media and the Global Halal Narrative
Media and communications are also incorporated into the forum’s wider agenda through Halal Echo, bringing together media leaders and thought influencers involved in shaping the global narrative around the halal economy.
The programme also highlights the growing role of halal influencers and strategic communications in communicating the sector’s opportunities, developments and success stories to international audiences.
This reflects the broader evolution of halal from a product category into an economic and lifestyle ecosystem requiring a strong international narrative and effective communication across markets.
Sponsors and Supporting Partners
The forum’s partnership structure includes a number of sponsorship and partnership categories, including Main Sponsor, Exclusive Carrier Sponsor, Gala Dinner Sponsor, UK Partner, Gold Sponsor, Global Communication Partner, Palestinian Breakfast Sponsor, Organizer, and PR Partner, alongside Muslim Trade Forum within the UK partnership structure.
Halal360 serves as the organiser of the forum, while AlBaraka Forum for Islamic Economy is a partner of the Global Business Excellence Gala. Mostalhem is involved in the Islamic Art Masterclasses programme.

Building on the First London Edition
The 2026 edition builds on the first London Halal Forum, held in 2025, which brought together more than 1,500 participants both physically and virtually, over 35 international speakers and an international exhibition featuring halal products from more than 10 countries. The first edition was also supported by more than 20 sponsors and partners.
With its expanded programme covering investment, policy, technology, artificial intelligence, tourism, culture and media, the London Halal Forum 2026 will provide a platform for companies, investors, buyers, policymakers and industry experts to connect and explore new opportunities across the global halal economy.
The forum will take place on 10–11 October 2026 at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre in London.
