The council unanimously approved the project after extensive pre-application discussions involving local communities, stakeholders, and planning authorities. The scheme is set to transform two existing office buildings in Royal Albert Dock into modern student housing facilities.

  • 210 studios
  • 12 one-bedroom apartments
