Asolo-Agogua, a resident of Nunhead, south London, was arrested at the scene of the crash on suspicion of causing serious injury through dangerous driving and drug-driving. On Thursday, police confirmed he had been formally charged. He has been bailed and is due to appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on March 24.

Ada Bicakci was a Turkish-British girl described as a vibrant and active child with a passion for gymnastics and swimming.

Ada lived in Bexleyheath with her family and attended a local primary school, as well as a Turkish school in south-east London. Her family described her as a bright and compassionate child.

In a final act of generosity, Ada’s organs were donated after her death, saving six lives. Her family expressed their pride in her ability to help others even in death.
